Hannah Norbury

Currently Out of Home Channel Director at LRS the home of Lucozade and Ribena, I head up the commercial team responsible for setting the strategy and delivering sales growth in this exciting and complex channel which is still relatively under-developed for LRS. I love the fast paced and dynamic nature of a commercial role however, the majority of my career has been in marketing roles, most recently as Marketing Director for Ribena and Orangina when I launched the new “Ribenary” comms platform and creative setting a new strategic direction for the brand. I was also responsible for re-launching the iconic French brand Orangina in the UK with a new premium positioning and “Shake La Vie” creative. I have had the pleasure of working with a number of excellent planning and creative agencies who I always encourage to challenge myself and my team to innovate and push boundaries to find new and different ways to connect with consumers. Previous marketing roles have spanned across the health and beauty category managing brands such as Neutrogena, Panadol and Beechams. I started my career back in my home town of Liverpool working for a tourism company after finishing university where I studied Earth Sciences.
I am delighted to be involved in judging this year’s OOH Creative awards as I believe the channel represents a real opportunity to push the boundaries of how we connect with consumers on a real-time basis and ability to influence behaviour in the moment. I’m hoping to see some examples of simple yet brilliant creative that really leverages the medium it is delivered through.
